Registration for Northwest Big Band Jazz Camp 2026 is now open for NWBB 2025 Alumni only!

Musicians may register to participate at NWBB Jazz Camp (May 3 – 9, 2026) as:

• Registration is on a first-come/first-served basis. (See chart below with available instruments.) A waiting list will be maintained in case your instrument is filled.
• Participants may indicate their preferred band placement when they register (such as Band Director or other musician participants with whom they would like to be in the same band.)
• Review lodging options on the Camp Location page. We have a limited number of Olympic View Lodge rooms available, which will also be reserved first-come/first-served.
• $200 deposit per Musician Camper is required at time of registration (see registration form for more details). If NWBB staff cancels the Jazz Camp, full refunds of all deposits and fees will be returned to registered participants.
• Payment can be made via PayPal/credit card or check. A 2% discount will be applied to your final payment if paid by check or cash.
• Participants may want to purchase travel insurance to provide financial protection if they need to cancel their trip due to sudden and unforeseen events. Travel insurance typically provides coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, baggage protection and delay, and travel accidents and delay.
