- Payments can be made via PayPal (including credit or debit cards) or check/cash. A 2% discount will be applied to your final registration payment if paid by check or cash.
- A deposit of $200 is due with your registration form by November 30, 2023 to reserve your band and lodging preferences. (Musician Campers sharing a room or RV site with another Musician Camper must each complete a registration form and must each pay a $200 deposit.)
- Seats and lodging preferences are filled first-come/first-served!
- Full/final payment is due by March 8, 2024. An invoice with payment options & instructions will be sent in February 2024.
- No refund of deposit for cancellations after March 8, 2024.
- No refund of deposit or final/full payment for cancellations on or after April 5, 2024.
