You can complete and submit your registration information below, or download a PDF registration form. The PDF fillable form will not be automatically sent to us; you must return the form to us via email or regular USPS mail. (If you mail your registration form via USPS, please send us an email notification so we can follow-up to ensure receipt.)
Information on paying your deposit can be found here. If you register via the online form below, you will also receive deposit payment information in a confirmation email.
- A deposit of $200 is due with your registration by November 30, 2026 to reserve your band & lodging preference.
- Full/final payment is due by March 5, 2027. An invoice (sent via PayPal) with payment options & instructions will be sent in February 2027.
- No refund of deposit for cancellations after March 5, 2027.
- No refund of deposit or final/full payment for cancellations on or after April 1, 2027.
